• That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. You shall not use any false address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead TANNBEAUTY by sharing multiple address, e-mail Ids and phone numbers or transacting with mala fide intentions.
• That in the event a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Tannbeauty for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
• That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully.
• By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale, conditions of usage for the product included in the item’s description and will not hold us responsible for your failure to do so.

Tannbeauty.com shall not be liable to any User for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental) or harm caused to the User due to the unauthorized access or misuse of the Personal or Sensitive Information by any third party. The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.

TANNBEAUTY strives to provide accurate pricing information, however errors may occur. TANNBEAUTY cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, TANNBEAUTY shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been delivered. In the event a product is wrongly priced, TANNBEAUTY may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been delivered, your offer will not be deemed accepted and TANNBEAUTY will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address / mobile number provided by you during the time of registration or placing of order, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that TANNBEAUTY accepts your order and you are debited for the price; the payment may be processed prior to dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If TANNBEAUTY has to cancel the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed to your account/mode by which you made the payment. The products available on the Website, and the samples, if any, that Website may provide you, are for your personal and/or professional use only. In case any products purchased / received / availed causes side effects or doesn’t suit you, please note that TANNBEAUTY is in no manner responsible for any such issue. 15. MODE OF PAYMENT

You, as a Buyer, understand that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Tannbeauty to purchase the products and/or related services using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the Seller using the Payment Facility.

You, as a Buyer, understand that the Payment Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain categories of products and/or services and/or Transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence You may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and/or services.

Payments for the products available on the website may be made in the following ways, through SSL enabled Payment gateway provided by Razorpay:

• Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery option is not available.

Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.

You acknowledge that Tannbeauty will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction or any delay in processing a Transaction which is beyond the control of Tannbeauty.

16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES

Once an order is accepted, the product(s) will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Period for delivery is subjective to the product(s) of the order. Delivery times are affected and may differ depending on the factors like availability of product(s), customers’ geographic location, shipping destination & courier partner’s delivery time to location and availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

17. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

At Tannbeauty we take due care that you never have to cancel or return a product. However, we would be there to assist you whenever there is one.

We have our cancellation, return and refund policy detailed out to take care of your hassles.

CANCELLATION

An order can be cancelled only if it is showing its status as “PENDING” in order status. If the order is processed, it is not eligible for cancellation.

For Cancellation of an order, the customer will have to send us an email to our customer support team on orders@tannbeauty.com with subject “CANCELLATION” and reasons for the cancellation.

Once we receive your request for the cancellation of product(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to process the cancellation request. The acceptance of cancellation request will be notified to you by email. Refunds are processed in a maximum of 14 days from the date of acceptance acknowledgement to your cancellation request by orders@tannbeauty.com.

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.

RETURN POLICIES

TANN Beauty follows a clear returns policy, you can return the unused product(s) you have ordered within 14 days of its delivery.

Instructions for products to be returned: Products should not have been tried or used and the packaging should not have been tampered in any way. The product should be returned with the same packaging box, seals, labels and barcodes intact. Please note that used products cannot be returned.

For Return of an order of unused product, the customer will have to send us an email to our customer support team on orders@tannbeauty.com with subject “RETURN” Once we receive your request for the Return of product(s) in your order, we shall assist you with the procedure for returning of product. The product will be picked by an executive within 4-5 working days from acceptance acknowledgement to your return request by orders@tannbeauty.com.

Instructions for refund of returned product:

Once the return product is picked up by the executive, the customer is required to email at orders@tannbeauty.com for refund of the returned product(s).

1.The invoice of returned product(s)

2.The receipt stating the “RETURN OF THE PRODUCT” provided by the executive who picked up the returned product(s).

The procedure for refund of returned product(s) shall commence after the receipt of such email.

THEFT / DAMAGED / MISSING / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

Our team rigorous quality checks every product before they leave our warehouse. In a rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, if the box has been tampered with, product/s have been missing you can request for a replacement

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, the box was tampered with or the product was missing you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement within 14 days of receiving the order:

• Step 1: Please write a mail to our customer care with following subject –

• Damaged Product
• Wrong Product
• Missing Product

We will request you to share the relevant images of the product or packaging.

• Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact. In case of Missing product or theft we will send a new set of products to you once the matter is investigated by the courier company and our team.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

REFUND

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 14 working days from the date on which Tannbeauty.com receives the returned product. In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. Except for Cash on Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received. For Cash on Delivery transactions refunds, if any, will be made via NEFT transfers. (As per bank account details provided by the Buyer via email to our customer support team on orders@tannbeauty.com ). For electronics payments, refunds shall be made through the source payment gateway by which the payment was made by Buyer or any other manner as may be required by applicable law.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable

18.APPLICABLE LAW

Use of the site Tannbeauty.com is available only to persons who are competent to enter into contract under applicable law. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years of age you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If your age is below 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from purchasing any material which is for adult consumption and the sale or purchase of which to/by minors are strictly prohibited.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to pursue any action or claim against you in any court of competent jurisdiction which we believe is the most appropriate to seek any relief. The courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or matters arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

19.INTERNATIONAL USE

We make no representation that materials on this Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Those who choose to access this Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
